The name, company, email, phone, country and message you enter in our quote and contact forms, together with the date, time, page address and IP address of the submission.
Your personal data is collected electronically through the forms on our website and by email, and is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, it is necessary to meet a legal obligation, and it is in our legitimate interest.
Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to authorised public bodies, to logistics and customs partners we work with for exports, and to our website hosting provider.
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties it is transferred to, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request its deletion or destruction, to object, and to claim compensation for damages.
